Problems and Solutions
P1- Limited or no connectivity (Reason: Guest is saving the IP Address on his network connection (wireless and wired).
S1- Start – control panel – network connection – (wireless or wired) double click – properties – double click on Internet protocol – choose obtain IP Address automatically and obtain DNS server automatically.
P2- A proxy server is existing.
S2- Start – control panel – internet option – connection – LAN Setting – clear all check boxes.
P3- Welcome screen doesn't appear.
S3- Turn off your firewall software.
P4- Password is invalid (open areas)
S4- Recheck your password (password is case sensitive).
P5- Welcome Screen and timer don't appear even after purchasing.
S5- Turn off the pop up, right click on it, then click setting then click turn off on the popup. |
